What to expect

A checklist,
a reviewer, a calendar.

Every desk works to a written checklist and a fixed monthly calendar. Every output you prepare is reviewed by a second person before it goes out, and you will review others' work in turn. That is how the work stays right, and how people learn quickly.

The work is in New Delhi, in the GKC Group, which has 250+ people across its entities.
