Service · Payroll

Payroll run toa fixed monthly calendar.

From attendance and joiners to payslips, bank files and the statutory payments that follow. One calendar, a second reviewer on every run, and a variance report before anything is paid.

Overview

Payroll, end to end.

Payroll in India is no longer only a salary calculation. Since the labour codes came into force on 21 November 2025, the definition of wages drives PF, gratuity, bonus and leave encashment, pay dates are fixed by law for every employee, and a full-and-final settlement has a two-working-day clock.

We run the month as a sequence of fixed checkpoints. Inputs come in once, a maker prepares the run, a checker reviews it against last month and against your approvals, and you release the payment. Every figure on a payslip can be traced back to an input and to the person who reviewed it.

What we need from you

Six things
that keep the calendar moving.

Most delays in outsourced work start with an unclear hand-off. These are agreed in writing before the first month.

  • One inputs file a month

Attendance, leave and changes in an agreed template, from one named sender, by the cut-off date.

  • Approvals in writing

Salary revisions, one-off payments and exits approved by the people named in the scope.

  • Access to your systems

A named login to your payroll or HR system, or exports in an agreed format if we run on ours.

  • Statutory registrations

Your PF, ESI, professional tax and TAN details, and access to the relevant portals under your control.

  • Tax declarations

Employees' regime choice and investment declarations collected through your HR channel or our employee mailbox.

  • A release owner

The person who releases salary payments from your bank. We prepare the file; we never hold your money.

Controls and data security

Checked twice.
Owned by you.

The same principles run through every desk. How they apply to your systems is written into the scope. How we handle data

Control statements: to be confirmed

  • Maker and checker

No payroll leaves the desk without a second person's review, recorded against the run.

  • Variance thresholds

Any employee's net pay moving beyond an agreed threshold is listed and explained before sign-off.

  • You release money

We prepare bank files; payment release stays with your authorised signatories.

  • Least-privilege access

Named logins only, removed when a person leaves the desk; no shared passwords.

  • Personal data kept narrow

Salary and identity data is handled only for payroll, under a written data processing agreement.

Questions

Asked before
we start.

Anything else? The assistant answers from this website, or send the question with the form below.

Can you run payroll in our existing software?

Yes. We can work inside your payroll or HR system with named logins, or run the payroll on ours and hand back reports and files. The written scope records which.

How do you handle the new definition of wages?

We map every pay component against the Code on Wages definition and its 50 per cent test, show the effect on PF, gratuity and bonus, and flag it for your decision before the first run.

Who releases the salary payments?

You do. We prepare the bank file and the statutory challans; your authorised signatories release them.

What happens in the first month?

A parallel run: we process the month alongside your current provider or team and reconcile every employee before you switch.
