There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing.
Consent and withdrawal
The enquiry form asks for consent with a box that is not ticked in advance. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the grievance officer; the data is then deleted unless the law requires it to be kept.
Who processes the data
The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve pages and to check that forms are sent by a person (Cloudflare Turnstile, when switched on), possibly outside India. Enquiries go to the company's workflow and email systems. When the live AI assistant is switched on, your question and the relevant page extracts are sent to the model provider to produce an answer. Providers act only on the company's instructions under written terms.
Your rights

- Nomination of another person to exercise your rights.
- Grievance redressal within the time allowed under the DPDP Rules, 2025, and a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security and breaches
Data travels over encrypted connections and access is limited. Personal data breaches are reported to affected people and the Board as the law requires.
Children
This website is not meant for children and does not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18.
