Service · GST and tax

Returns prepared,credits matched, notices documented.

GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation and TDS returns prepared on a fixed calendar, with a reconciliation to your books as a step before anything reaches a portal.

Overview

GST and tax compliance.

GST compliance is a monthly reconciliation problem. Sales must match what is reported, purchases must match what suppliers report, and the credit you claim must match both. Differences that are not caught in the month become notices later.

Direct tax moved to the Income-tax Act, 2025 on 1 April 2026. Section numbers, form numbers and return formats changed, even where the obligations did not. We run both on one calendar and reconcile each return to the ledger before it is filed.

What we need from you

Six things
that keep the calendar moving.

Most delays in outsourced work start with an unclear hand-off. These are agreed in writing before the first month.

  • Sales and purchase registers

Monthly exports from your accounting system, in an agreed format.

  • Portal access

GST and TRACES or income-tax portal access under your registrations.

  • Payment approvals

A signatory who approves tax payments before due dates.

  • Supplier contacts

A route to chase suppliers whose filings do not match your records.

  • Tax positions

Your decisions, or your adviser's, on classification and treatment.

  • Notices on arrival

Any notice forwarded on the day it lands on the portal or in the post.

  • Your positions, your approval

We apply the treatment you or your adviser decide; we do not take tax positions for you.

  • Portal access you control

Credentials stay with your entity and can be withdrawn at any time.

Acknowledgements and challans saved against each return.
